Do you take custom orders? Can I request a product in a pattern or color not on the website?

We currently do not accept individual custom orders.  Your favorite color or pattern may show up in a limited or specialty batch at some point, so be sure to sign up for the newsletter to be notified when those take place.

 

How can I return an item?

If you received a product with a manufacturing defect or flaw in the materials, please use the Contact Us page to send us a message.  Please include your order number.

If you would like to request a return of any unused item that is free of defects, wear marks, or damage, please contact us within 14 days of delivery.  Such returns are considered on a case-by-case basis.  If approved, you are responsible for all return shipping charges, as well as a 10% restocking fee.

 

Do you offer a discount for military/law enforcement?

We price our products in the hopes that anyone who needs or wants them can reasonably obtain them.  We do occasionally have discounts for holidays and special promotions advertised in our newsletter or through other forms of communication.

    Through constant tracking of market trends and proven processes for category-specific analysis, our market research reports provided detailed, relevant information to help improve product placement and promotion, and to identify gaps in existing product lines.

  • Laser Cutting

    We offer both in-house OEM laser cutting on a limited basis, as well as consultation services (both remote and on-site) for clients seeking guidance on adding laser cutting capabilities to their own operations or upgrading their equipment.
